Halil İbrahim Bacacı, Chairman of the Board of Bacacı Yatırım Holding, graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law. Following his graduation, he completed different education programs in the field of law at Université de Franche-Comté and Indiana University. Halil İbrahim Bacacı leads the strategic growth and institutionalization processes of the companies within the holding during his term of office.

Throughout her career, she has led significant projects across various sectors in financial management, tax advisory, and auditing, implementing practices focused on regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

After graduating from the Business Administration Department of Middle East Technical University in 1994, Tanıl began her career in independent auditing at Güreli Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik and later worked as a senior auditor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu International. She then served as Tax Manager at Birleşik Uzmanlar YMM A.Ş., where she led projects related to tax compliance, consultancy, and internal control systems.
Tanıl spent many years at Digiturk (beIN Media Group), where she served first as Accounting Manager and later as Accounting and Tax Director. In this role, she managed the financial processes of 38 subsidiaries, led a team of 15 professionals, and reported directly to the CFO. During this period, she implemented projects that enhanced financial reporting accuracy, ensured compliance with tax regulations, and strengthened operational control mechanisms.
Holding the title of Certified Public Accountant (YMM) since 2010, Ayla Tanıl has been serving as Vice Chair of the Executive Board at Bacacı Yatırım Holding since 2018, leading financial strategy development, strengthening corporate structure, and managing projects aligned with the company’s long-term growth objectives.

Onsun Kaya is a seasoned senior executive with more than 25 years of national and international experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, investment banking, and strategic financial management.

Prior to joining Bacacı Investment Holding, Kaya served as Group CFO at Konveyor A.Ş., a manufacturing company serving the white goods, HVAC, and automotive industries. In this role, she led finance operations, budgeting, reporting, financial planning, cash flow management, working capital optimization, and strategic finance processes. She also managed the company’s accreditation process for the TURQUALITY Brand Support Program, contributing to the establishment of a more efficient and sustainable financial structure. Kaya previously held the position of Head of Advisory at TEB / BNP Paribas, where she managed BNP Paribas’ advisory activities in Türkiye across mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, initial public offerings, and capital markets transactions. During her tenure, she engaged with more than a thousand large corporate clients across various sectors and played a key role in investment projects, growth initiatives, private equity transactions, and capital markets access strategies for both domestic and international companies. She completed the BNP Paribas Global Women Leadership Program and, together with her team, received the “M&A Advisor of the Year” award from Mergermarket. Earlier in her career, Kaya served as Senior Manager of Corporate Finance at Fortis Türkiye, where she played an active role in establishing the investment banking organization in Türkiye and participated in numerous high-volume transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, project finance, and acquisition finance. At Koç Investment, she worked on corporate finance transactions for companies operating in manufacturing, financial services, real estate, and entrepreneurship, while also supporting key investment decisions of Koç Holding. Onsun Kaya holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas. She graduated as the valedictorian of her MBA class and combines her engineering-based analytical perspective with extensive experience in financial strategy, investment banking, corporate transformation, and capital markets. As of June 2026, Onsun Kaya serves as Executive Board Member of Finance at Bacacı Investment Holding.

After graduating from Koç University’s Department of Economics in 2005, he worked in the Fixed Income Securities Department of Garanti Bankası’s Treasury Division between 2005 and 2010. In 2010, he joined HSBC Asset Management as a Fund Manager. In 2011, he completed his master’s degree in Financial Engineering at Boğaziçi University.
Between 2012 and 2019, Yılmaz worked as a Manager at Ak Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. in the Fixed Income Funds Division, where he developed efficiency-enhancing practices in portfolio management and led initiatives that improved fund performance.
In 2019, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, taking part in various projects in trade, software, and warehouse management. During this period, he also gained experience in the digitalization of operational processes and improving efficiency.
Since 2022, Mehmet Cengiz Yılmaz has been serving as Executive Board Member responsible for Treasury, Strategy, and Business Development at Bacacı Yatırım Holding, leading financial strategy development, exploring new business areas, and managing projects aligned with the company’s long-term growth objectives.

Earlier in her career, she worked as IT Portfolio Manager at Turkcell Global Bilgi, CRM Department Manager at Avea İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., and System Planning Engineer at Netaş/Nortel Networks.
Vildan Çal Özel holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University and a master’s degree in the same field from Boğaziçi University. She has led award-winning technology projects, managed multinational teams, and developed innovative business models throughout her career.

Between 2019 and 2020, she served as Group Head of Marketing at Kızılay Yatırım Holding. From 2017 onwards, she worked as Deputy General Manager responsible for Marketing at LC Waikiki, coordinating both domestic and international projects.
Within Philip Morris, which she joined in 2009, she was responsible for the global management of the Marlboro brand between 2012 and 2013, based in Lausanne, and later served as Marketing Director in Türkiye for 4.5 years.
Earlier in her career, she worked as Vice President of Marketing at Citibank in 2006 and began her professional journey at Unilever, where she held various roles as Brand Manager for nearly 10 years.

A graduate of Marmara University’s Department of Public Relations and Promotion, Jülide Çağlı has over 30 years of experience in the field of communications. She began her career at Borsamatik Magazine under the Intermedya Group and later served as News Manager.

In 1998, she transitioned into corporate communications consultancy, managing communication activities for Ülker Group and Şahinler Holding.
Having worked at MPR Public Relations Agency, Amazon Communication Agency, and Brandworks Communication Consultancy, Çağlı led strategic communication projects for both global and local major brands, and provided corporate communication and reputation management consultancy to leading industrial companies in Türkiye.
Specializing in technology, economy, finance, and product communications, Çağlı is also a member of the Economic Journalists Association. She has been serving within Bacacı Yatırım Holding since April 2025
